With our fundraising campaign in December 2025, we were able to generate a total of € 960.00 in donations for the machine for shredding and grinding cassava.

The photos show the newly acquired machine, as well as representatives of the Kovié village community together with the SEFA-Togo team, and the meeting in the community centre.
In the first video, Monsieur Pelei introduces the members of the village community and the mayor, while the second video provides an impression of the village itself.
The machine for shredding and grinding cassava will be put into operation soon. This is intend-ed to be the start of a longer-term collaboration, both with the cooperative in Kovié and with SEFA-Togo and Mr. Pelei. Our partner NGO has also made a financial contribution to the pro-ject, and Mr. Pelei has now sent us a project overview with a cost breakdown. In the long term, cassava production and sales should be self-sustaining.
Togo Jetzt! is very interested in supporting and financing further agricultural projects in Kovié.
